One of the projects involves bub's name so can't show you that one yet!
I really wanted a lamp in the room so went hunting at Crazy Clarkes and picked up 2 plain red lamps (one of which is in my living room) for $20! But I wanted to incorporate the same material throughout the room so I just hemmed to simple strips of fabric and attached to the light with hot glue...easy...and now it matches :)
I've always wanted to know how to put a patchwork quilt together and since I had a little bit of material still left I asked Gregs mum Kaye to come up for the day to show me how its done (she makes huge amazing quilts & is a pro at it).
It only took us a day to put most of it together and then she took it home to finishes the quilting part on her flash bang sewing machine...
Looks great I reckon..

| Oh and heres my new drawers...the name craft to go on here too... which fills the empty gap... and below...heres how its looking so far...just would like a mat for the floor & maybe a dark cane laundry basket.. |
 I'm very proud of the fact everything I have decorated the baby room with (apart from the massive decal)was all handmade by me... and it all matches lovely and cost me far less then it would've shop bought! |
